Faith to see #cleanwater through

With all the greatest of intentions, I realized today that I have not blogged in the entire year of 2015. That doesn't mean that I haven't been busy! 2015 brought some of the biggest successes so far! And it was a year to appreciate time even more. So many of you don't just support the blog but have been supporting this social mission of clean water and safe sanitation by purchasing the natural Afrikan skin and hair care products.

Besides meeting me at markets and events, thank you for supporting another small business- Hollygrove Market and Farms
This year brought my first retail account. Also community focused and a sustainable business. nana afia's ART EXPO has always been about an idea of building sustainable communities and providing quality products. Cultural artisans have many resources, skills and talents to contribute to building stronger economies and communities. But without the support of consumers choosing social business to purchase products from will not make the impacts that change lives.

2016 will be 9 years since Black Africa and I decided that we would together change our village. And yet still there is no #cleanwater or #safesanitation. I still work toward that future. Where we can produce our own solution to our community's problem. But it takes support. In these 9 years I have learned alot. Alot about myself, my world and business. This year I continue as I keep working toward the reality of #cleanwater access to everyone. With more experience, wisdom, even determination.

Happy New Year! Thank you for supporting! Please become a Facebook fan and stay updated. There are exciting new opportunities this year and I can't wait to share them!
